On a very well prepared track the Juniors were part of the main programme, with the seniors putting on some of the best racing seen at this venue for quite a while. A couple of very heavy falls marred this meeting with Jack McLean needing medical treatment after being caught by his bike after falling during the B Final, Michael Detenon was also very lucky having lost control of his machine which reared at the start of one race. In the heats Nick Morris was unbeaten, Clinton Dennis who now doubles up on the 350 was only beaten by Nick. Robert Gottardi failed to score in his first two rides after a fall and a breakdown, he then made up for those with a win in the B final. Local youngsters Glen Squires and Michael Detenon are showing some improved form helped by some fast starts, whilst Tyler Moon (whose Father Gary won the sidecar main event) rode despite suffering from the flu. Three Junior sidecars were also racing on the night, with Dylan Blain having is first competetive spin as driver (he usually swings for Clinton Dennis who was taking a break). Jonathon Lewis and Aaron Stewart the two fifteen years olds continue to look very good doing demo laps on 500cc machines, Lewis in particular is showing some real style having only recently stepped off the 125's. A Final 1st Nick Morris' 2nd Clinton Dennis 3rd Dylan Blain 4th Tyler Moon B Final 1st Robert Gottardi 2nd Glen Squires 3rd Michael Detenon 4th Jack McLean Fell
